J & W Foods Inc. was co-founded in 1995 by Stavros Trougakos and William Fehr, following the legacy of their father, George Trougakos, who owned a butcher and grocery store in downtown Toronto. With years of experience serving local restaurants, they recognized a need for quality meat products at wholesale prices, leading to the establishment of their business.
Since becoming an Ontario Inspected Meat Plant in 2008, J & W Foods has evolved into a trusted provider of health-focused products. With a commitment to high standards, they specialize in air-chilled chicken, hormone-free beef, and antibiotic-free pork, alongside an array of fruits, vegetables, and a new in-house meal prep service designed to meet the needs of health-conscious individuals.
